Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

my 12 yr old brother who is not listed on my lease was accused of pulling off a gutter on one of the garage buildings in our complex, they claim that another employee within the complex seen him do this and are demanding 1100 dollars in damages. am i resposible for this based on there word of an employee? what r my options?

Either you or your parents. You don't need to base it on their word only (which is often enough), since you obviously can speak with your brother and get the story. We can assume if he didn't do it, you would have given us that important information.
