Address change
How can I request for someone to give their new residential address so that I can file a small claims suit against them in the right county? I only have his work address.

They are not required to provide their address unless pursuant to a court order, whcih you could only get if you file suit. You will have to find their address on your and/or through an attorney or private investigator.
