apartment lease and tenant rights

a friend of mine cosigned on an apt lease to help me get into an apt, he already has a lease and resides in the same apt complex....this person has become obsessive with me and constantly harasses me to the point of forcing his way into the apt......and taking my personal belongings. Does he have a right to do this?

Forcing his way into your apartment and taking your property is a matter for the local police.
