Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
Apartment is no longer a safe community. I experienced one attempted burglary and evasion, and one armed threat. When trying to report the second offense, the courtesy officer who was suppose to answer his phone, let it go to voicemail. How can I get out of my lease, as I can't afford the move out fees for breaking the lease.

Without reading your lease there is no way to answer you. See a lawyer to read the lease and see if you may have an out.
