Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
My apartment manager has come to my unit several times states the neighbor under me hears dogs and banging in my unit. I let management in several times to inspect there are no animals or noise. Yet on the premises there are several aggressive breed dogs that have been spotted. I was told if I don't schedule a meeting on their schedule that I would have seven days before I was evicted. I already scheduled a meeting with management which they did not show up to or call me and tell me they were not coming. Is it possible that I can be evicted over them telling me seven days and taking the word from the tenant below, especially when I am not home when the noise happens?

If they want to evict you they have to file court papers. If you have proof they are wrong, get a lawyer.
