Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
We have auto repair shop and we have lease till August 2014 , but our land lord give us 5 days to move .beacuse his rent was late one or two times a few days beacuse the business wasn't good but we payed . What we can do?
We are in Gwinnett county Georgia.

Other than negotiating something with your landlord, all of your rights (and obligations) are in your lease. Have a local business attorney review the terms and advise on your options.
