Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Thanks so much for getting back to me. There was no agreement..we lived as a couple in the home...we both are still in the home. He pays all of the bills even though I offered. I just want to by some time to save a little before the baby comes...just don't know if I could end up on the street pregnant in 5 days. Thanks again
