Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
My bed is falling through a rotten floor
Recently we rented an older trailer with knowledge of a few minor repairs to be made before & after we moved in.We also filled out a move in/move out checklist for other major repairs.I went as far as counting nail holes to be on the safe side. Now my bed is falling through the rotten floor. She didn't give me a copy of the lease but I do have a Rules & Regulations packet that specifically says maintenance gurantee is 72 hours & past that management agrees to offer free rent on a daily basis until repaired if hazardous to life, health, or safety of the resident.I really think me falling through the floor is a safety hazard.Who do I need to talk to about getting things fixed?Someone told me the local building inspector but I don't know how to find that out either. Please help before I land in the hospital like my neighbor for falling through her childs bedroom floor.

You talk to the landlord - there is no mention of you taking that obvious step.

The terms of the lease agreement will tell you how to go about getting repairs done. It is your responsibility to get a copy of whatever document you sign.
