braking a Lease

move in apartment with , Water heater damage, carpet wet from the unit, door with hole in it. Mole on the wall, stove missing knob to turn on the oven. now all this durning the first 29 days. I call Housing Auth. they never came to look at the issue I'm having. They remove the carpet under and did not replace. The carpet is on the hard floor. My 7 month son is now sick from the mole. I turn in a notice on 29 day, now they want to repair. as of today I issue are still going on.

You didn't ask a question, but if your landlord fails to make repairs as required by the lease, you may terminate the lease and move out.
