If you owe money for breaking a lease because of crime in the area can the landlord make you pay the full amount in thirty days or can you pay a reasonable amount per month?

Re: Breaking Lease / Crime
You would be required to pay per the terms of the contract. A landlord is under no obligation to accept a payment plan.
