my brother has been put on disability to to his cancer treatments. How do i go about getting him out of his rental agreement. He has to move in w/me

What do you mean by "get out of it?" Read the lease (no one here has it) to see what it says about early termination, and contact the landlord to discuss.

Unless the lease provides for early termination due to, e.g., a situation like your brother's, he is stuck with it. Maybe he can get someone to take it over.
