built home 13 yrs ago on in-laws land, can they evict?

My husband and I built our home 13 yrs ago on 5ac. of land that was supposed to be a wedding gift. My mother n law convinced my husband to leave it in her name in case we divorced. We have paid land taxes every year and I have lots of reciepts, permits,witnesses etc. showing that our $200,000 home is ours. My husband was arrested at his friends home on drug charges 5 months ago and dfcs came to my home, I tested positive for pot, and my inlaws have my kids. My mother in law whom I have never gotten along with, has called dfcs complaining about me so much that dfcs told them that if they called back, they would lose the kids. She comes to my home beats on my door and asks me for $900 per month for rent. (She calles it her I dont get to work much now, money) She came to my house with the law to inspect my home for damage that might occur after an eviction notice.I have done everything dfcs required and am about to get my kids back. Can she evict me? Can I take out a restraining order on her? I heard they talk bad about us at my sons ballgames and everywhere else. That has got to embarrass my kids. I dont go in my yard and I keep the curtains closed. That doesnt stop her from beating on my door 3 or 4 times a week. Can i stop her?

I don't handle restraining orders, but if she holds title to the property she can evict you, but she must follow the terms of the tenancy, if any, and Georgia law, especially regarding notice. This means that she will probably have to give you 60 days' notice to vacate.
