Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
If the business writing a contract puts incorrect numbers on it, signs it and the tenants sign it, do those numbers now make up the contract? Can either party change the numbers after the contract has been signed?

Usually, when contracts are signed by both parties they are binding. There are exceptions, but since you failed to provide the actual facts no one can give you firm answers.
