Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I am not clear on my rights, as far as tenant/landlord laws. I have been going in circles with the leasing agents and manager at my complex. My master bedroom bathroom leaks on and off and the maintenance guy stated that he did not know where it's coming from. The eventually sent out a "do all" company and supposedly they fixed it. Two days later it began leaking again. Earlier this week they gave me keys to a new apartment that is infested with roaches. I feel like I'm fighting an unnecessary battle. This has been going on for a month. What can I do legally in the state of Georgia? Who do I contact to get help? I am a disabled veteran. I will be going in for surgery in a few weeks and would like to have this resolved before this happens. Thanks in advance.

You might have case for "constructive eviction."

Document all problems with apt and failures to resolve them by apt mgt THEN hire an attorney ASAP!!
