Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

We have a commercial property which we rent out. To what extent are we held responsible for anything illegal that our tenant may do on that property? We don't know that he is doing something illegal, but we suspect he might be.

Generally, landlords are not responsible for the acts of their tenants. However, if you have good reason to know something illegal is going on, you should evict them to be safe.
