Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
My name is Connor Moore.
I was reaching out to see if a homeowner can enter the home I am renting from a company.
My lease says " the landlord in the lease is Brookshire Hathaway home service acting as agent under power of attorney for the owner of the premises"
And it also says that "Management" has the right to enter the home with a 24 hour heads up... But the home owners are going to do an "inspection" and just let themselves into my home without anyone from the company with them.
Is that legal? do I have any rights if they try to do anything to me?
With all respect,
Connor M Moore

The management company is the agent for the owner. If you have your 24 hours notice, you really don't have a complaint.
