Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
What is considered a landlord "accepting a surrender of property"? I know if the landlord takes the keys back or goes in, it is not accepting the surrender, however the landlord now has the house under contract and we cannot enter the property- has the landlord accepted the surrender?
