Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Creapy Crawlers in the House

I have bugs in my house all different kinds of spiders and weird bugs. This morning I found a baby snake. My landlord sprays for roaches and ants which I do not have thank goodness because they spray for those. I told my Landlord and they told me that I had to get my own spray. I am a very clean person and have a 2 month old baby these things are getting in some how. Is this really my problem I thought that's what you have landlords for. I am not going to live with bugs but don't want to pay alot to break the lease or lose my security deposit what can I do?

Answers to these questions normally depend on the language of the contract, but ordinarily, the landlord is not liable for bugs unless they are causing some problems outside of mere annoyance. Feel free to call me to discuss your case further - 404-942-3545. Thank you.
