criminal trespass
my boyfriend and i have lived together for 4 years in his fathers house there is no lease agreement and no bills are in my name he has went to the sherrifs department and filed criminal trespass against me can he do this? We had not even discussed separating.

Whether he can or cannot do it is a question for the lawyer you need to hire immediately - prior to deputies possibly showing up to arrest you.
