Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I've been dealing with noisey neighbors for three montsh now. I spoke with the ppl once and the noise continued. I then contacted their landlords who assured me that something would be done. It only got worse. After having to the police involved, I contacted the HOA, which has done nothings. I plan to sue for the nuisance; however, I would like to know if I can sue the HOA and landlords, along with the renters? It only seems fair to me.

Before you sue people who may not be legally responsible, hire a lawyer. Ifyou wrongfully sue someone, you may be liable to them for attorneys fees and damages.
