Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I was denied a parking sticker for my complex because my license plate isnt up to date, as I am having financial hardships, which I did inform the onsite manager about but other than that my car would be drivable, it doesnt appear abandoned, but I was asked to move the car from the premises, is that ok although I pay my rent and I have another car which to do operate daily. I live in an apartment in Statesboro, Georgia near a university. I pay my rent on time at an office offsite but the parking is monitored by a separate office here on site.

No one here knows the terms of your lease, or the complex parking rules. Prohibiting cars not operable (mechanically or otherwise) is common.
