Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I entered into a 1 year lease agreement with an option to purchase at the end of the lease. I found out that the owner sold the house 5 months into the lease. Three months later they still have not notified me of the sale and continue to collect the checks from a dropbox. I've called to find out if they will renew or extend the lease but am not receiving a response. Did the owner breach the lease and what are my options?

No one here has the lease, so it is not possible to tell you whether there has been a breach. You'll need to have a lawyer review all documents to see what, if anything, can be done.
