How do I evict my baby's father?

My ex and I have a 7 month old baby together. We are no longer involved, and I would like him out of my house. He has only lived here for about 3 months. No bills are in his name, nor has he paid a dime of rent. I want to go about it the legal way, but I want it done as fast as possible. He is an alcoholic, and when drinking, scares me. Because of this, I do not want him around the baby alone, and now it is interfering with my job. Please help. I dont know where to turn.

First of all, if there is any remote possibility of harm to you or the baby, you need to either get out now or call the police and ask him to leave immediately (changing all locks). Leave the legalities for later. I am not a fan of calling the police for something that may be a civil matter, but if he is as you describe and there is any posibility of danger, the police may act as a calming presence while the guy gets his stuff and leaves.
