can i evict my daughter and her boyfriend before 30days in georgia....after she wont leave when i give her a 3 day notice. they are unruley and disrespectful an only been here 3 and ahlf wks

You broke the law and can be sued for wrongful eviction. The next time, before you get in a bigger mess, see a lawyer.

Unless there is a lease, you must give 60 days notice. With a lease you must give whatever period of time is in the lease.

Get a good lawyer as they can sue you for damages for your illegal demand.
