Can I evict my girlfriend in georgia. She is

not on the lease but helps with some of the

bills

Assuming she is a tenant (based on the fact that she helps pay utilities), you would need to file a dispossessory action if she will not leave voluntarily after you give her written request to leave. If she has violated a term of her tenancy, you can demand the property back with as much or little notice as you like. If she has not, then you must provide 60 days' notice.
