Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I am being evicted and I missed my answer in court today. My landlord told me that she had to February rent by tomorrow in order to close out February, if she didn't receive that, I would owe March's rent as well. How long would I have to pay March's rent?

Read your lease. That tells you when rent is due. Otherwise, it might be in the court paperwork.. Either way, no one here can tell you. We don't have the documents, or know what your landlord offered -- all things you should know.
