Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
im being evicted and reason being that my roommate failed to pay his half of the rent. now they put all these extra fees on. i wanted to know sense my roommate never got around to signing the 6 month lease and i did and they said in the begining that we both needed to sign the lease to have the apartment can i use that against them in court?

You are responsible for what you sign. It is that simple. Does the lease state that you are not liable, or you can't be evicted, unless someone else signs the lease?
