Evicting my girlfriend
My girlfriend moved into my house with me in Georgia. Now the relationship is not working out but she does not want to leave. Can I just move her things out or what legal course must I take? I want her out as soon a possible. She did not sign any lease with me and is not paying any rent

Since there is no written lease with a term, you will need to provide 60 days' notice to her to vacate the property. Then, if she does not leave by that date, you can file a dispossessory (eviction) action.
