eviction
i do not have a lease with person, it was a verble agreement. can i still evict with out a lease? i do have reciepts showing paid rent and coming up 4 months behind in rent.

Probably. Generally, verbal leases are technically just as enforceable as written leases. The key is whether the tenant beached any part of your lease agreement.
