eviction for non-payment of rent
I let my sister and her family live in a house I own. There is no signed agreement of any kind, but they were supposed to pay me a relatively small amount each month to cover the expenses of the house. They currently owe for over 4 months rent, and I would like to get them out of the house. What is the quickest way to do that? And, can I then sue them for the amount they owe?

There is sometimes a fine line between a invitee/guest and a tenant, but it sounds like they were tenants because of the payment. As such and because no term of tenancy was set, you need to give them 60 days' notice to vacate the property. If they do not leave the property after the 60 days, then you will have to initiate dispossessory proceedings (eviction) in magistrate court (small claims court).
