Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Eviction

I am proceeding with an eviction notice and my tenant has a disabled child, does the law require me to give them 60 days notice to vacate property or are they given an extended time because of the child with a disability?

Re: Eviction

The child's disability will not affect the length of notice, but check the lease and see what notice requirements it contains. If the tenants are in breach, you probably do not have to give them 60 days notice. Usually just enough time to pack up and move.
