Failure to enforce rules

I live in a complex in Roswell, GA that will not enforce the ''quite hours'' rule in their rules and regulations. Besides moving out of the complex, is there any legal recourse that I can take against the management company?

Probably not worth it considering the litigation cost. If you could prove some type of injury or damage that arose directly from their failure to enforce the rules, especially after notice, then perhaps you'd have something. But, I doubt it.

If someone is making too much noise (as in a late night party), call the police. Obviously, some noise is part of apartment living.
