Falsely Accused
My tenant (after being served with Eviction papers) filed a false claim against me. She alleges that I entered her residnce by key and stole her Lease and she is suing for $25K damages and $50K punitive damages. Is there something I could do to counter claim?

The best action to take is to have an attorney review the claim and decide how to defend it. It may be possible to recover amounts form her for filing a frivolous claim.
