Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I am trying to find the laws on removing a non paying guest from an RV Park in Georgia . I cannot find any laws pertaining to this. There is no lease or rental agreement. Guest came with purchase of the RV Park last month and has yet to pay. Any help would be appreciated. He refuses to leave.
