Find the Owner of a Residential Property

I am trying to find the legal owner of an apt complex I moved out of on Sept 08. I have called, visited, and had served the mgt company a suit to be reimbursed. I received a return letter stating they dont own the property. I checked the assessors web site, and the corporation web site, I had an atty check the corporation also, and I was told D.E.L. Mgt owned the property. What can I do now, the court date is set for 3/3/09
