Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I have fulfilled my commercial lease; does my landlord have to send me a list of where he spent my deposit? And if not does he have to return it?

He is supposed to return it, with a few exceptions. Consult with a local attorney to see if any of those apply to you.

Start with the terms of the lease as far as how the deposit is treated. That is the first place to start, and we do not have it and you do not tell us what it says. You also do not provide any facts about whether there is a dispute over charges or the return of the deposit. A general guess won't really help you much, especially in a commercial transaction where there are few laws spelling it out.
