Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
My girlfriend moved in with me, bring a good bit of furnature. About four months ago she moved out and back to florida with her parents. She said she was leaving it here till she got her own place. How long after her moving out and leaving her stuff do I have to keep it before it becomes my property?

It never becomes your property.
Glen is right. Send her a certified letter, return receipt requested stating that you want her property removed by a date certain (90 days or more) or you will place it on the curb for her to pick up after 90 days (or longer if you gave her more time) after she was served with letter
Good luck
