Half a months rent
If I signed a lease without the roomates signature am i responsible for the half month rent that the landlord is holding me responsible for.( A friend and i were planning on moving into a duplex 650 a month. We decided that shewould pay the half month and i would pay deposit 350... She never paid and he is holding my furniture.
