Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
Hi,Me and my roommate took a lease in an apt in GA ,US. I have to move out and she will have to continue in the same apt.She will add some other person as roommate and eventually she might have to move out .Is this possible the newly joined person can continue without breaking the lease agreement?

All of you are, or will be, bound by the leases you sign(ed), unless the landlord agrees to changes. No one here has those leases, or can tell you what the landlord will or will not do.
