house forclosure

i currently rent a home and my landlord informed us the house was being forclosed on. what are my options now?

Be prepared to move when requested by the purchaser at the foreclosure sale, or sooner.

Generally, a purchaser of real property takes the property subject to any lease. However, a purchaser pursuant to a foreclosure has the choice to continue your tenancy or evict.
