Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I was incarcerated and my mother filed an eviction while I was in jail. Now that Im out she or the police wont allow me to get my belongings. She has givin things away, she has all of my jewelry, she sold my car that she was a co signer for and I didnt sign any papers. I paid over 4000.00 for the car now Im stuck with nothing. Can I win my case if I sue her even if I have no receipts for my property? I do have bank staments for payments made on the car however.

You fail even say whose name the car title was in, whether you owed her money, etc. With half the story, no one here can tell you what will happen if you sue.
