Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Judgement As A Result of Early Rental Lease Termination

On 3/23/09, a judgement was entered against me for early termination of an apartment lease. Early this week, I received a Court letter head form from the collector asking me to provide a list of all my assets and liabilities, employer info, etc. I have since contacted the collector to set up a monthly payment plan but they have refused to even consider that option. What are my risks here. I don't have any assets that I own free & clear, and the only monies going to my bank account are my biweekly paychecks. However, I still fear that they will attach my wages either thru my employer or bank account. What are my risks here and how should I proceed to ensure that I'm being treated fairly?

The likely scenario is to garnish wages and bank accounts to the statutory maximum.
