Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Can a landlord add this addendum to an already signed lease? Is it legal to regulate how long you can have visitors to your apartment? Here's the language from the addendum:

____ certify that I am the only occupant in the basement apartment. I understand that no one else may occupy the apartment for more than 3 consecutive days without the landlords prior written consent.

Due to the fact that my portion of the monthly utility bills is only one third of the total amount for the entire house, I will not have guests visiting for more than 3 hours on a daily basis and staying for extended periods of time without prior consent of the landlord.

Violation of this lease term may result in immediate termination of my lease with lease termination fees being imposed.

Yes.

Because it isn't even an addendum.

And those provisions are already in your lease agreement. (No one here has your lease agreement, and I'm not going to read it and give you legal advice for free, just like you wouldn't go to work for your boss for free, right?)
