Landlord breaking leases prior to occupancy
I am renting my condo. Potential tenet and I signed a lease two weeks ago. Terms of lease are June 5th, 2009 to JUne 1st 2010, however, potential tenet has paid security deposit and 1st months rent. Red flags have surfaced recently...can I return deposit & 1st month rent prior to June 5th and void lease?
