Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
Can I have a former landlord take a debt of breaking a lease off my credit when he was threatening to evicted me for non payment but out of good will, I left and gave 30 days notice but the lease called for 60 days. Once again I could not pay for the 30 days so I did not prolong it and was trying to do the right thing and move if I could not pay.

Your breached your contract. Calling it "good will," "the right thing," and so on does not change it.
