Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Landlord is entering my rental unit w/o permission....my lease only states that they can enter the unit only after proper notice has been given....today there is a strange odor coming from the AC unit, the property manager comes over to check it out, and it was at that time that I saw the filter was loose....and it was fairly new, but I never knew until today, that someone had been into the apartment, what are my recourses?

What do you expect as "recourses?" It appears maintenance went in and changed the filter, correct? Speak with the manager and request they not do it again without advance notice.
