Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
can a landlord fine you because they feel as if your trash was not taking out properly and their is no dumpster in the complex? a trash company comes around once a week to collect trash. mind no one was at the apartment for two weeks and their was very little trash in the trash can.
