Landlord in foreclosure
If a landlord goes into foreclosure. How long are you entitled to find a new place to live? Is there a certain amount of day say 30, 60, or 90? What is the standard alotted time to give a tenant notice that they have to go in Georgia.

The purchaser at the foreclosure sale may want the tenant out immediately, and begin disposessory pursuant to state law. The process may take 30 days, but if one knows it is coming, it is better to avoid court action and being named as a defendant.
