i need to know what to do

my landlord refuse to make repairs to his rental and to have the places treated by an pest control company there is rats and bugs inside and under the house.the windows need to be sealed,there is a holes in the roof out side the back door and a hole in the bathroom floor. there is also a one foot water line around the basement and the ground stay wet under the house. the wall in front of the house can be moved with your hand. when it rain the water run under the house. i have been here for six months on a one year lease and the landlord has known about these problem the whole time i have been here, but have not done anything about the problems.my question is what can i do to get out my lease rigth now ?

note: my rent is paid up todate

You may give written notice to your landlord that you are terminating the lease due to his breach by not making the required repairs and give a specific move-out date. Keep in mind that this will not guarantee that your landlord goes after you for breaking the lease, but you will have a solid defense if he/she does so.
