Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
Is a landlord required to refund earnest money paid by an approved applicant to reserve an apt if the applicant changes his mind prior to the move in date? the lease was not signed yet, but the rental application signed by the applicant provides that the earnest money is not refundable under these circumstances.
